Each Fall the National ESP Board releases the RFP--request for proposals--for concurrent and poster session presentations to be presented during the following years' National ESP Conference. The RFP is posted on the ESP Web site http://forms.espnational.org and will outline the conference theme and objectives as well as provide specific instructions for completing and submitting the proposal to the Chair of the National Professional Development Committee. Proposals are normally due during the last week of February in the year in which the conference is held.
Concurrent and Poster Session proposals are reviewed using a double blind, national juried refereed process to evaluate all proposals for concurrent and poster sessions. All individuals submitting a concurrent or poster session presentation must commit to attend and present at the National ESP Conference when the proposal is submitted.
